Famitogram is a compound word of "family" and "pictogram" that represents the Korean culture of treating neighbors as family members. Each Famitogram has a facial expression and some show specific gestures to convey emotions. 

GS E&C has been using Famitograms in its new Xii apartments since 2016.

Role

As a service design specialist, I participated in a project for approximately two years, leading a team of diverse members and subject matter experts across various fields. The project was well-received and its outcomes were recognized to the extent that they were later applied to address challenges in other meat market contexts.
